- Since I am originally from Quebec City, French is my first language. My professional experiences in education have provided me with a very strong understanding of the language. - I've been working for the Children's Hour in Quebec, for the last three years, a non-profit organization offering financial assistance towards school projects supporting school persistence, anti-bullying and promoting healthy lifestyle habits. I have been primarily in charge of the Children's Hour school tour, which has allowed me to visit schools as a speaker for the organization to promote school perseverance. - I worked as an educator substitute in an elementary afterschool program in Quebec. My duties involved supervising the kindergarten and sixth grade age groups, and implementing age appropriate activities for each respective group. These activities included homework assistance and special projects.
